Fierfek over at the RPF has done a lot of 3D models, many of them Star Wars. Some he's unfolded into pep files himself, some others have done. This is one someone else unfolded, and is linked from his thread (which is recommended for a look -- here's the link ) to where's it's up on 4shared for free download. If you're used to using Pepakura, you know that most of the files are set up for construction with paper. I prefer the faster, cheaper approach, so I use foam. I have modified fierfek's original files to make them suitable for foam construction. They can be downloaded from this instructable. You will need to print out the templates.

1st off - thought you were using Fierfek's file? What you used does not seem to have soaked into the paper/card. (I'm assuming white is epoxy and dark is filler?)
